Refund Policy

If you are unable to make it to an event you have booked tickets for, please let us know as soon as you are able by emailing bookshopcrawluk@gmail.com.

If you let us know more than 1 week ahead of the event, we will do our best to re-sell your ticket/s and if we are able to do so we will fully refund you. 

​

If you let us know under 1 week ahead of the event, we will attempt to re-sell your ticket/s but cannot guarantee that we will be able to refund you. 

​

Only in the case of an event being cancelled by ourselves will unconditional refunds be offered.
